Mini Biscuits với trứng op la and bacon :)
2 1/2 cups flours
2 2/1tsp baking power
1 stick butter
1 tbs sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
Mix in all the dry ingredients
(flours, salt, sugar, baking power)
Add in butter
Mix one egg with 1 cup of milk
slowly pour in the mixture of milk and egg
Should look like this
Place the mixture on to lightly floured surface, knead the dough
Roll out the dough to 1/2 inch thick
Use the cookie cutter cut in circles
Add egg wash
Bake about 10 min until golden brown.
